Refunds and Store Credit or Exchanges
Our refund and store credit or exchange policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase the sale is considered final and unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
To be eligible for a refund or store credit on exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original, undamaged packaging with all parts and manuals.
Several types of goods cannot be refunded or exchanged, and sales are final.
– Turntables, Phono Cartridges, Styli
– In-ear headphones
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately discounted or sale items cannot be refunded and sales are final.
To process your refund or exchange, we require a proof of purchase.
Store credit on exchanges
Store credit or exchanges will be equivalent to the original purchase price, including sales tax, of the item being exchanged.
Once your item is received for refund, (see return shipping below), and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange based on the condition of the item returned. All refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee which will be deducted from the refund amount. Should an item be returned in an unopened factory package, (i.e new and unused), the item will be admissible for a full refund.

If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We will replace items with the same item or equivalent model if they are defective. If your item is still under the manufacturer’s warranty, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with details.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable and apply also to items under warranty.
If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are only responsible for the item once delivered to our store.
All orders are processed promptly and usually ship within 2-4 business days after fulfillment. It may happen that a product is out of stock, or back order from the distributor without having been reflected on the website at the time of purchase. In such a case, an email will be sent advising the buyer with the estimated delay in delivery.
All orders are shipped within Canada through our preferred carrier service, unless another method is agreed upon with the buyer. Some products may not qualify for free shipping due to their size or weight.
All items purchased from on radiosthubert.com are produced pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
